Fast, Convenient and Affordable - Get your Old Cover Replaced Today!

Pool Supplies Canada is proud to offer customers our new safety cover replacement service! Simply send us your old or damaged safety cover, and we will work with the old cover to create a new one that matches the original covers specifications for a perfect fit! This option makes it even easier to get a new safety cover!

We offer the fastest turnaround times in the industry and we offer this great service year-round, with no inconvenient deadlines!



Here's How It Works:

  • Pool Supplies Canada will take a $100 deposit and then provide you with a box to send in your cover for replacement
  • Pool Supplies Canada will provide all of the necessary shipping labels to return the cover to us (with all shipping costs pre-paid)
  • Using your old cover as a template, we will have a new cover manufactured to fit your pool
  • Once your new safety cover is ready, we will ship it directly to you, and discard your old or damaged cover at no additional cost


Getting a Cover Replaced is Easy With Our 3 Step Process:

  2. Email your completed form to liner@poolsuppliescanada.ca or fax to 1 (888) 858-1424
  3. Our cover specialist will contact you to arrange shipment / drop off of your old safety cover for quoting!

Turn Your Old Cover into a New One

* Please note: pricing will be provided after your cover has been received/measured by the manufacturer. Safety covers sent to Pool Supplies Canada for replacement must not have any hardware attached. Any safety covers with hardware on them will be rejected at the door.

Please Note: This program applies to residential sized pool covers only. Replacement cover box size is 24” x 24” x 42” and will hold up to approximately a 22’ x 42’ cover. Please ensure your cover is dry and cleaned, and all hardware has been removed before shipping to us for replacement. If your cover is not dry or cleaned, an additional $100 handling fee will apply - if hardware is not removed, your cover will be rejected at the door. We cannot guarantee that your replacement cover will be a 100% match to your old one; as such, you may have to drill some new anchor locations.
