The ModStep 4 from Leisure Concepts is an attractive, durable swim spa step. Equipped with large treads measuring 12 by 36 inches in size, the ModStep 4 can be further expanded by combining multiple step kits to add anther 36 inches of space.

Warranty Coverage: Leisure Concepts Hot Tubs come with a 1 Year Limited Manufacturers Warranty. The manufacturer warrants these Hot Tubs against defects on workmanship and materials. This warranty will be void if these Hot Tubs or components are damaged as a result of improper installation or use, or if damage is a result of ice. Warranty does not cover any labour charges, cost of lost water or chemicals, or any other damages that may occur.
