The NorthFlo Q-Stream is designed with a one-piece pot and volute to reduce noise for a smooth and quiet operation. What is a volute? A volute is a curved funnel and in the case of a centrifugal pool pump, it is the casing that receives the fluid that’s pumped by the impeller. NorthFlo pool pumps also come with two swivel union assemblies for exact alignment and increased plumbing versatility, while the intake and discharge flow keep your water at the perfect temperature. Q-Stream pool pumps do all this, while also benefitting the environment with a low energy output.

NorthFlo pool pumps are also designed to offer lower flow rates, which means you can install the pump in a variety of ways, giving greater flexibility to pool owners.
