When the package arrived I was happy with the way it was packaged. Shipping it was easy. I had it installed and the installer said it was very easy to complete., Once it started I could not beliepurchaseve how clean my pool was.. Far better than my past pool pump (Hayward) it was an older pool pump but WOW.. the new once is amazing. Very quiet. Very happy with my purchase.

Verified ReviewBought the 1HP SuperFlo in July 2020 to replace an old UltraFlow. At the time, it was deemed the best seller on Pool Supplies Canada. DIY installed ok. However, after about a month in use, it developed a high pitch noise which did not go away. Contacted Pentair within warranty period. They sent new motor unit with no hassle. They even posted how-to videos on youtube for the motor DIY After that, so far so good.
Verified ReviewInstalled by myself, very easy to do it. As the old pump was rusted with no label, after some calculations found on poolsuppliescanada.ca I finally decided to go with 0.75 HP. I have had to adjust the pool's return exits to get the pressure down from 12.5 to 10 PSI (filter clean-as-new with Filtra Balls filtration media). I would say that the "high performance hydraulics" advertise is true :D The pump is installed below the ground level in a shed and will prime by itself. While the old one was quite noisy even with the shed closed, this new one is a really quiet one - with the shed open and me standing on patio (~20m) I can hear the pressure gauge indicator vibrations rather than the pump! You have to get closer to hear it or to look at pool surface waves. Really happy with this purchase!
