Warranty Coverage: Backwash Hoses come with a 30 Day Limited Manufacturer's Warranty. The manufacturer warrants their backwash hose against defects on workmanship and materials. This warranty will be void if the backwash hose becomes damaged as a result of improper installation or use. Warranty does not cover labour charges, cost of lost water or chemicals, or any other damages that may occur.
Start a Warranty Claim: To begin a claim please email customerservice@poolsuppliescanada.ca with a photo showing the defect(s)/damage to your Backwash Hose and include a brief explanation of what occurred.
Manufacturer Warranty: Refer to the product description for manufacturer warranty details and conditions.
Extended Warranty Details*: Pool Supplies Canada's extended warranty covers replacement parts only.
