Like the fact that it's tall, so the last step into the deck isn't a stretch. Seems well built. Handrails are wobbly side to side, but fine when getting in or out. Sits nice and flat on the bottom. We'll enjoy these steps for as long as we can

Great for our pool. Needed extra height versus other 4 step ladders. Steps are somewhat narrow but not a big issue. Handrails are too flexible side-to-side but good height for safer entry/exit. Had some difficulty assembling. Needed a rubber mallet and large clamps to squeeze the sides onto the steps. Overall, I'm pleased with the product.
Great product very sturdy and well built. Although I was missing the screws that came with it.
Bought these steps a few years ago. What a great product. Holds bigger guy like me no problems or bowing. If you have doubts don’t this was such a better purchase than an A gram type ladder. It was super easy to install. Easy to pull out in the fall. Washes nicely with pressure washer.
Steps are comfortable and easy to install onto the wood deck. With 50 pounds of sand in the steps, they still tend to float slightly, although they stay in place once fastened to the decking. Assembly was easy. Ask me again at the end of the summer.
