Got this package and installed it in our backyard. Great product. Very happy with it. Quality of the package is great. Depending on how the pool plumbing goes for you, I needed to buy some more PVC adapters (and pipes of course since they are not included in this package) to get the job done. One thing I would suggest is to research the pump you are getting since the one that comes with the package is the regular one that everyone has and I believe there are some that have better power consumption (i.e. less :)). Check if you can customize this if ordering the kit. When you receive your "package" (huge), if you are looking for the nuts/screws/... for installing the panels, they are hidden in the middle between two panels. A bit awkward place to put them and not able to see. You need to move around half of your panels (pretty heavy) in order to get to them. Very happy with customer and technical service. We were able to call them anytime during working hours and they answered any technical question we had. Customer service replaced a faulty thermometer and a piece of coping. Very pleased overall. I like the vast selection they offer and happy to continue doing business with them. Thank you ! ... my kids are loving the pool, especially during our hot summer in 2021. For recommendation for best installers in Ottawa area, I highly recommend Heritage Landscape. They did a great job, very honest people and they went way beyond pool installation to make sure I get a very safe backyard.
