Stairs are nice and sturdy, However they are a breeding ground for algae and impossible to get circulation under which also causes algae. Unless you need the stairs and dont mind removing them from your deck to clean them and under them every week I would recommend a ladder insted.

We have just purchased these and are absolutely delighted with them. So easy to put together and they are strong and sturdy. The steps are nice and wide and the two handles just give you that extra safe feeling. The sides also stop our "Lil shark" pool cleaner hiding and getting stuck underneath. My husband was sure that it was laughing at him every time he had to retrieve it. Our first steps were the Olympic which " Did the job" but for an extra hundred dollars I would seriously consider these. If I have one minor criticism, I wish there was an easy way off putting a light in them like the Olympic steps. My Husband has " made" a light fit but it would be such an easy thing for the manufacturer to do to make a customer's life easier. Other than that compared to others that are way more money I'd recommend them to anyone

Ok product. Does not want to stay together ( plastic molded parts have poor fit/tolerances ), hard to install sand as instructed and the instructions are not clear.
