The Air02 is the first hot tub cover of its kind - featuring a Dual Bladder, Drop Stitch Construction (think standup paddleboards), it can support over 500 pounds and will never absorb water over time. Most, if not all hot tub covers ultimately need to be replaced because they begin to absorb water. Once that starts to happen, the cover not only becomes heavier, but also a much less effective insulator. An Air02 cover will never absorb water, and offers peace of mind from frequent cover replacements and relief from increasing electric bills. Additionally, the Air02 cover is fitted with WeatherShield canvas as standard, which gives the cover a modern look and feel, while also protecting the colour from fading in the sun.

Warranty Coverage: Cover Valet Hot Tub Covers come with an excellent 5 Year Limited Manufacturers Warranty on colour fading, 3 Year Limited Manufacturers Warranty on leaks due to manufacturer defects such as dropped stitches and seam separations, and 90 Day Limited Manufacturers Warranty on the pump. Tears, punctures, damage caused by excessive abrasion and damage due to natural causes are not a manufacturing defect, thus not covered under warranty. Warranty does not cover any labour charges, cost of lost water or chemicals, or any other damages that may occur.
