Warranty Coverage: Fantasy Spa Hot Tubs come with a 5 Year Limited Manufacturers Warranty on the structure and shell/surface and a 1 Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty on Plumbing and Components. The manufacturer warrants these Hot Tubs and components against defects on workmanship and materials. This warranty will be void if the Hot Tub or any components are damaged as a result of improper installation or use, or if damage is a result of ice. Warranty does not cover any labour charges, cost of lost water or chemicals, or any other damages that may occur.

We've had it for a year now and left it running through our Canadian winters. It kept the heat and I did not notice an increase in my electrical bills. While this says it's a 4 person tub it is not.. it is a 2 person tub. I would almost suggest getting the 2 person instead except this one allows for different positions. Highly recommend this. We've drained and refilled with ease. Enjoyed it all year around.

Agree with Duane. Easy - Light to move when empty. The Roto Mold shell is easy maintenance and will last forever. It may not have all the bells and whistles as a 10,000 $ hot tub, but its hot and has strong jets and is good quality. 5 Stars from me and my buddies.

Extremely durable - This hot tub is virually un-breakable. Just plugged it in at our cottage (with the cable and plug provided - No electrician needed) Really easy and fool proof. Found out this Hot Tub is actually made by Watkins ( Hot Springs / Caldera) which made me feel really good about the warranty and overall purchase. Service was great through Pool supplies whom I buy all of my chemicals and pool needs. Thank you everyone - Still a Happy Customer A++
