I had an issue where one of the hubs is too large when this product was manufactured. The handles do not fit over this hub rendering this product unusable. I called their help desk and was told I would be responded to within 2 days. Well 2 days came and nothing. I then logged a warranty claim through their website. Following this I then responded to the original issue I logged with their helpdesk asking for any support at all. It's coming up on a week and I have not heard back from anyone at this company. So unfortunately, not only was the product defective but so is their support. For background, while not a professional installer, I have installed a fair number of pools for others and have a fair bit of experience in this area.

I have this base for my pool. It's durable, but installing was a chore. Wish I chose something on wheels for the deck side instead.
