Steps for Use:
- Prepare the Pipe: Ensure all surfaces to be bonded are clean, dry, and free of grease or debris.
- Apply the Cement: Using a clean applicator, apply a uniform coat of Weld On IPS 711 PVC Glue to both the pipe and fitting.
- Join the Pipe and Fitting: Insert the pipe into the fitting immediately, rotating slightly for even coverage.
- Hold Firmly: Maintain pressure for 10-15 seconds to ensure a solid bond.
- Allow to Cure: Let the joint cure for at least 15 minutes before handling. Full strength is achieved in 24 hours.
Warranty Coverage: Weld-On (IPSCO) Plumbings & Fittings come with a 30 Day Limited Manufacturers Warranty. The manufacturer warrants their plumbings & fittings against defects on workmanship and materials. This warranty will be void if the plumbing/fitting is damaged as a result of improper installation or use, or if damage is a result of ice. Warranty does not cover any labour charges, cost of lost water or chemicals, or any other damages that may occur.
