Warranty Coverage: 3 Year Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty. Coverage includes replacement parts and labour and is subject to the manufacturer’s discretion. Labour and parts are covered for 3 years from the purchase date, with an extended 5 year warranty on the Titanium Heat Exchanger. The heat pump must be installed with a pool or spa system. Improper installation, misuse, installation on a soft-sided pool, or improper water chemistry may void the warranty. Warranty is void if installed on a soft-sided pool.
