Warranty Coverage:  2 Year Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty if the Heater is installed in a single family residential dwelling. Coverage includes replacement parts and labour and is subject to the manufacturer’s discretion. Labour is covered for 2 year and parts are covered for 7 years from the purchase date, with no labor coverage in the third through seventh years. The titanium tube component of the titanium heat exchanger is warranted for 10 years from the Effective Date, with no labor coverage in the third through tenth years. If the Heater is installed anywhere other than a single family residential dwelling, the Applicable Warranty Period for the Heater and its parts is limited to only one year for parts and labor. The heat pump must be installed with a pool or spa system. Improper installation, misuse, installation on a soft-sided pool, or improper water chemistry may void the warranty. Warranty is void if installed on a soft-sided pool. Proof of installation by a licensed technician is required for valid warranty coverage.
