Warranty does not cover labour charges, cost of lost water or chemicals, or any other damages that may occur.

This pump works very well! Worth the extra money in the time it saves compared to a smaller unit. After connecting a 1 1/2 " by 100 ft hose to it it cleared the water off my pool cover in less than 30 min.
