Do not use clarifier while using Filtra Media Balls. Doing so may cause damage, not covered by your filters warranty, to occur.

Warranty Coverage: Filtra Balls Filter Media come with a 2 Year Limited Manufacturers Warranty. The manufacturer warrants their filter media against defects on workmanship and materials. This warranty will be void if the filter media become damaged as a result of improper installation or use. Warranty does not cover labour charges, cost of lost water or chemicals, or any other damages that may occur.
