The ModStep 4 from Leisure Concepts is an attractive, durable swim spa step. Equipped with large treads measuring 12 by 36 inches in size, the ModStep 4 can be further expanded by combining multiple step kits to add another 36 inches of space.

Note: This kit is for the 3rd and 4th step only - combine with the ModStep 2 to create a full spa step system.

This warranty will be void if this accessory is damaged as a result of improper installation or use, or if damage is a result of ice. Warranty does not cover any labour charges, cost of lost water or chemicals, or any other damages that may occur.
