Ordered my new P965iQ on Thursday July 9th, had it here by the 14th. I eagerly tore into the box because I had had enough of my Prowler 820 (just 1 year old) that came with our pool. The Prowler consistently ignored areas of concentrated dirt and after every cycle I'd either have to pull out the manual vacuum or don my mask and snorkel and guide the Prowler by hand to force it to clean the missed areas. None of that with the P965iQ. It did a tremendous job on the whole pool on the first try. I get a kick out of using the remote to drive it around - as do my kids - but it's not a feature that I've really needed yet. Full disclosure: It does leave some sand in the corner where wall becomes stairs but compared to our prior unit it's nearly perfect.
