Warranty Coverage: 1 Year Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty if the Heater is installed in a single family residential dwelling. Coverage includes replacement parts and labour and is subject to the manufacturer’s discretion. Labour is covered for 1 year and parts are covered for 2 years from the purchase date, with an extended 7 year warranty on the Titanium Heat Exchanger with no labour coverage in the second through seventh years. The heat pump must be installed with a pool or spa system. Improper installation, misuse, installation on a soft-sided pool, or improper water chemistry may void the warranty. Warranty is void if installed on a soft-sided pool. Proof of installation by a licensed technician is required for valid warranty coverage.
