Warranty Coverage: Resin Above Ground Pool Deck Ladders come with a 1 Year Manufacturer's Warranty. The manufacturer warrants their ladders against defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty will be void if this ladder is damaged as a result of improper installation or use, or if damage is a result of ice. The ladder must be removed from the pool and stored in a dry place for the winter. Not for use with inflatable or soft-sided pools.

Comments:

I purchased this product because of its low price but unfortunately the quality did not meet my expectations. The materials and overall construction felt inexpensive, lacking strength. Rated for 350lbs and I’m no where near that weight and I feel the steps might break. I would not recommend purchasing this product.
