Awsome robot. Did areas that our other cordless couldn't, scrubbed into steps adn ledge. Very strong , battery actully lasts longer than described. The app lets you progeam it to your pool type and more.

We purchased the Inopool latitude in May. It worked for about 2-3 weeks and completely stopped working. Customer service never responded to any emails. Thankfully Pool supplies Canada handled the situation. We now have a new one that will not connect to the app. The app constantly malfunctions so I am not able to change the cleaning settings. The robot does not end its cleaning cycle on the wall as stated. Often times it is in the middle of the deep end and we have to get into the pool to retrieve it. I do not recommend this pool cleaner!

I'm glad I got it on sale for at least 50% off. It works well for the floors, but that's about it. The description, and the app, claim it can climb walls and even do the water line; however, once it hits the wall it doesn't know what to do, and turns itself right back around. The app is also not the best. It's easy to connect the robot to the app, but after that every command says "send failed" when trying to send the different cleaning modes, which I guess doesn't really matter considering it only ends up doing the floors anyways. I found disabling bluetooth and only leaving WiFi connected at leasts gets me a "sent successful" message, for whatever that's actually worth. I would not recommend paying full price, or even 25% off, I'd only recommend at 50% off retail price or less.

really happy with this robotic cleaner.noticed a huge difference after two one hour cycles.it may not get right into the corners,but the floors are perfect.
