Responsibilities

  • Assisting customers with returns via email and phone
  • Processing returns using Microsoft Navision
  • Filing shipping lost and damage claims
  • Processing refunds using Paypal
  • Assist with Amazon and eBay returns and general communication
  • Assist with year end duties including Accounts Receivable
  • Inspect and verify products are acceptable to return
  • Work with manufacturers to have warranties approved
  • Ensure customer satisfaction while complying with company policies and procedures
